Hoxton Street
204 HXS is a stunning redevelopment of an iconic Shoreditch listed building.
The St. Leonard’s building has stood proudly at the entrance to the Hoxton Market since 1863. The new development consists of 27 apartments, including 2 penthouses. Our role included:
Dressing and staging 3 show flats for marketing and sales purposes
Space planning all apartments and public areas
Finish and FF&E selection and procurement
Bathroom and kitchen design, working collaboratively with specialists
Project managing
Belsize Park
Newly built and completed in 2024, this family house was designed by London based architects Ben Adams Architects. Our role included:

Bathroom design
All finish selections and FF&E
Bespoke joinery design and implementation
